New Patient Referrals

Bay Dermatology is currently accepting a limited number of new patient referrals. A referral is required before an appointment can be considered.

Referrals can be emailed to info@baydermatology.com.au, faxed to 8376 8969 or submitted via Healthlink EDI = bayderma

Please allow up to 14 business days for referral review. Urgent referrals should be clearly marked by the referring doctor. Referrals are assessed according to clinical priority and appointment availability.

Existing Patients

If you need to make, change or cancel an appointment, please contact the clinic on 08 7079 6881 and leave your name and telephone number and a member of our team will return your call. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, as a fee may be charged for non-attendance or late cancellation.
